I saw someone with a colored title in game and I wanna know how to do it. I tried looking up how to but couldn't find much on colored messages in gmod.

<c=colorname>text</c>
Example: <c=blue>text</c>

or if you want more control:

<c=red,green,blue>text</c> 
Example: <c=255,30,80>text</c>

For red, green, and blue you use values between 0 and 255. You can google "colour picker" to help you out.
The last one here would produce:

You can also use hex codes with <c=FFAA00>text</c>. With infinity you can use emotes from the emotes menu and the whole set of silk icons. <si=tick>

It's a bunch of icons. A different register of emojis, if you will. I don't remember all of them, but there's a lot of different symbols, like hearts, shields, etc.
