OpalBot does not play music​

Description:

OpalBot does not play music and has not for the past few weeks.​

Reproduction Steps:

1. Go to #music
2. Get in a VC, preferably the music vc
3. Attempt to have OpalBot play music
4. Get an error message​

OpalBot's music system has been disabled indefinitely, until I can tend to it more thoroughly. There are some issues with it that still need to be resolved.
In the meantime, thanks for reporting.
