Staff Rank Color Does Not Show In Some Areas​

Description:

Basically, there are areas on the forum where I cannot understand why staff rank colors are not being set properly.​

Reproduction Steps:

Look at screenshot below, I circled areas that I think are not displaying properly.​

Not a bug - this is intentional in order to reduce the amount of queries required in a page. Might change later on, but for now it's working as intended.
