I feel like this is better balancing for the issues people have with the tazer. Making it rechargeable (single-shot with 2-3s reload but infinite ammo) makes it more a reliable purchase, and at 2 credits detectives can't auto-purchase it to troll with.

Maybe not 2-3 seconds. That would just let people permanently taze people. I'd propose adding multiple charges with a cool down in between. Usually the weapon is just used for RDM so delaying it for later in the round would be good. However, the tazer is probably in the running with the drone for being purchased instantly. Increasing the cost of the tazer will result in a lot more drone users. I do think it could be tweaked but ultimately detectives shouldn't just be running around spamming a tazer.

I meant 2-3s after the tazing finished. I got the idea from watching youtubers play on other servers, I think their tazers make you hold the tazer until you finish tazing them and then reload it.

I try to hold off buying drone so I can use my credit for whatever the situation dictates. It's just whenever I'm detective I almost always hear 4 people being murdered with no KOSs or bodies being ID'd. So I figure I'll need the extra protection while searching for dna. At least they can't re-purchase the drone.
