Chat Formatting Makes Last Words Text Hard to Read​

Description:

Basically, when using the last words feature if the message contained any special chat formatting tags it would be included in the message which makes it hard to read. Either the text needs to be stripped of the formatting tags or displayed with proper chat formatting. It makes it very difficult to decipher what they said and usually you get killed in the process since it takes so long.​

Reproduction Steps:

1. Have someone use a bind with chat formatting as they die/right before they die to where it has the last words section when you identify their body.
2. Read the final words section.

This will be fixed in the next patch. I also went ahead and did the same fix for all formatted text, so it looks normal in console now.
