Description:

sometimes when u unbox a crate, the window freezes and you wont be able to receive your item anymore, you also lose your crate​

Reproduction Steps:

1.unbox crate
2. wait til one freezes when the animation is about to be played
3. profit? no​

Still occurs. This is the image that the game shows you when it "freezes".

Had this happen a few times to me, the box normally comes back after map vote. But I am curious.. What if that box was going to get you an exo+ it'd show in drops channel I'm sure but then you wouldn't actually have it? Or is it as the scroll pops up
