Death Station Not Showing on HUD (or in chat when purchased)​

Description:

Basically, you cannot view the death station through walls like C4, or bouncing betty mines.

Also, when initially purchased there is no warning in chat which would be a good addition to all explosive T weapons.​

Reproduction Steps:

1. Buy a death station
2. Place it down.
3. ???
4. Profit Don't see the indicator on the HUD
