Eotech and reportedly another sight that is not the c-more are broken in highly outrageous and annoying ways. Look at the following screenshots for more information on what I mean. When you look up and down, it rotates on an axis of around 180 degrees, and other people have been reporting to me that they also have the same problems- meanwhile some do not have this issue.​
