Killing someone with a frenzy gun while you already have frenzy active doesn't reset the timer on it.
Reproduction Steps:
1. Get a gun with the Frenzy trait.
2. Kill someone with it.
3. Before your frenzy wears off, kill a second player.
4. Observe that your frenzy timer did not reset.
5. Cry.
6. Mass PM Opal because he tainted your gun.
