Magnetic gun and nemesis skin bug​

Description:

When you active Magnetic and go to pick the gun up it doesn't show cool-down timer.
Also if you have the skin nemesis on you cant see cool-downs at all.​

Reproduction Steps:

step one: throw gun down
step two: pick it up.


step one: put skin on
step two: activate a ability.​
