Name Tag lost after timeout​

Description:

I used a name tag on pigeon shortly before 6:45pm server time on US#1 but it was allowed to time out. Did not get the name tag back in my inventory or mail​

Reproduction Steps:

try to change pigeons name tag to Big Birdbrain Time
Times out
Name tag disappears into the ether​
