Description:

When you prestige a gun you do not get mods back, it says the mods are attached to the mail but there is nothing attached to them. Prestige 1 is suppose to have a kill tracker but currently does not.​

WepMod mailing is working now. Thanks for reporting.
As for the StatTrak problem, we're currently looking into this. However do note that the kill counter is working in the weapon description.
