Special Characters break everything​

Description:

Special characters (like ♫, ö, ★, etc.) seem to break everything from logs to gun names. Any name (player/gun) will be given a number, for example, my steam name is 10 in logs. Weapons that had special characters (except for the star applied at unbox) before the glitch started will show the full name in chat but when you hover over the weapon it will show a number. For weapons renamed now, they will be changed to that number everywhere not just in the hover over.​

Reproduction Steps:

1. Set steam or gun name with a special character like ♫
2. open logs or link the gun in chat
3. logs/chat will not show your name/gun name, instead a number

Demonstration:

This was renamed before the glitch started. The ak i just renamed also shows the number in chat unlike this weapon.
