Description:

The movement slow speed is applied even when not ADS. Unless primary guns make you run slower now, this is a problem.​

Reproduction Steps:

-Apply Trance
-Equip gun with Trance
-Notice speed variation when switching between the gun with trance and any other gun
-Complain
-Write bug report
-Run next to someone and see the difference​

Demonstration:

Sorry, but I don't really have any way to show you. It's pretty blatant though, you can join me one day and I'll show you, or it can simply be tested in the server as you please.​
