Accepted XP & Drop boost icon

put an icon top left with a timer, once u use a XP or a drop boost so we can know how much time is left

Being able to tell would indeed be nice.
I suggest putting it somewhere like here in the loadout, since there's space for it.
You don't necessarily want to always have it on screen, after all:

i wonder how many people actually use that loadout screen, i dont use it myself because... i do everything throughout my inventory, plus i keep forgetting that the loadout even exists

Fair point. You could chop off some of the search bar and make room for a timer there.

they could leave it in your inventory once u use it, when the timer runs out it disappears
